When you log in for the first time, you are asked to set up your account and create your profile. To view your current profile and make any changes, click on your name in the blue header at the top of the page and select Profile from the dropdown menu. Here, you can click on the listed categories and update the information in the fields provided.

Please note final results can take up to two weeks depending on the test(s) that was done and that certain testing may take longer. Once your results are released, we will send you an email as soon as they are available.

Yes, once you have opened a lab report in PDF view (see previous question), you can print the report just like you would with any other PDF file.

No, you will only see historical results that were performed by Pacific Point Laboratories. To view results from other Sonic Healthcare Clinical Laboratories located throughout the United States you will need to log into your account from the SonicMyAccessTM page specific to the location. Sonic Healthcare Clinical Laboratory locations include: American Esoteric Laboratories (AEL), Clinical Pathology Laboratories (CPL), East Side Clinical Laboratory (ESCL), Pathology Laboratories, and Sunrise Medical Laboratories.

No, you only have to register once with SonicMyAccessTM regardless of the local Sonic Healthcare service laboratory provider. However, you will need to access the SonicMyAccess site specific to the laboratory that performed the testing.
